Great overall experience reliable, punctual and honest. Lief performed the repair on my garage door. He explained the specifics of the repair and answered all my questions. True professional and just overall down to earth individual. Its this type of dedication to his job that defines why Dutchess Overhead Doors Has Been in business for over 20 years. With all the price gouging after the covid pandemic, its very admirable to deal with a company that has good ethical work practices, cares for its customers and most importantly that are honest. Complete ripoff. $270 for a 10 minute service. Company rep lied and said they had a technician nearby - then charged me for 2 hours of travel time. Bad people. Never again.

I would not recommend this company. The garage doors are the long term investment and if the installation itself was okay, the follow up service was terrible. So a year later our door started to make a loud noise even though they advertise it as the smooth and quiet. So technician came and added a bracket. We got charged not only for the service call but the bracket too even though it was supposed to be installed in the first place.
He did not even inspect the door to see that the plastic on one of the sensors was broken. Very poor customer service. I personally measure the professionalism of the company based on continuation of customer care. Anyone can install, it's just a the follow up service that matters the most.
