We have worked with Wesco a few times. It has always been a great experience. This past time Alex, I think that was his name came to fix a retractable screen door we had. He was so personable. And did a great job at fixing the screen. It could have been a very expensive replacement. He explained everything that he was going to do and took a lot of time and patience to fix the screen. Great job. Really nice guy.

If we could give 0 stars that's what it would be. The woman that works in the office is rude and lies. We called to cancel our order and she said it couldn't be cancelled. She didn't listen when we told her the door was an outside mount. She sold us an inside mount. She then talked us into a heavy duty screen upgrade for $ 115. more dollars. She told us it was a stainless steel screen, and when it came it was vinyl screen. My husband is livid with her customer service. We will never use them again.

Great Experience! They came out to measure a screen door and made good suggestions. A couple of weeks later they were out to do the installation. No muss, no fuss. A professional job professionally done. I recommend Wesco Screen wholeheartedly.

The lady who works scheduling and billing told me during our installation process over the phone that they would be taking the price of our screen door off due to it taking them 5 separate trips to get it installed. When I called to finalize the bill for the other work she went against her word and said that conversation we had never happened. Screens are good quality & installer was very nice. Don't offer something without being able to fulfill your promise!
