I have been researching windows for a week or so now and 1stwindows became one of my contacts. They impressed me right away. I forget his name, maybe Doug? But I called and this gentleman talked to me On the phone for 45 minutes and gave me so much info about windows, codes, product and everything in between. He was so patient and genuinely cared and seem to love his job. Then I called another time And the other guy who works there is equally as helpful!

I am just finishing up the quoting process but I really Hope this company gets my order (I am quoting two brands and they carry only one of those). Their prices are so competitive too! Thanks guys for being so helpful and down to earth. I appreciate you.

The 1st windows team was fantastic! We did several iterations on our remodel and they were lock-step with us every move we made. Now the lead time with the supply chain issues was crazy, but they kept us posted and the delivery date/time never moved. On-time and in perfect condition in our delivery from their SoCal facility to us in Scottsdale, AZ. Add to that the great pricing and we will be ordering all our Milgard windows from 1st Windows. Luis was great!

I was a little apprehensive about custom ordering my own Milgard windows but it was relatively easy and cost effective. I had a great experience with 1stwindows. I took all my measurements, entered the information on the website, and Luis D. called to confirm the measurements and which side my window would open. Luckily he double checked because I had one window wrong. He gave me a delivery date (about 4-5 weeks out) and my windows were delivered as promised. I admit, their website looks a little outdated, but it's 100% legit. I will be ordering from here again and will refer them to anyone I can. Thank you
