Have done 3 jobs with this company and have been pleased with each one. Very responsive and helpful. Came right back out when a small defect was discovered and fixed it right away.

We like to value local businesses, but Livermore Glass made it really hard for us this time around. We ordered tempered glass for the countertop, and one of the sides was off less a half an inch long. $600+ later, they are asking us to pay $200 more to order a new glass. The tempered glass can't be adjusted, but the issue is that this was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The color also is very different than the crystal clear sample from the store.
After calling the store to better understand what happened, we were treated very poorly by the owner, and we asked for our refund. Immediately the owner retaliated against us saying that she would sue us for damages to her business, and hung up the phone on me. This is unacceptable and uncalled for. We are the ones who lost money, we do not have the product, and we are getting sued for a piece of glass that cannot be adjusted? We sent them a friendly notice in writing. Hopefully they will stop retaliating like this.

We had several beautiful glass doors installed and are very pleased with the quality. In addition, we had some special cut glass table tops that made the furniture look fabulous. We really enjoyed the staff and their responsiveness.

Recently placed a custom order for a sheet of glass to serve as a desk topper. It came out gorgeous, price was good. I bumped this business down one star because the customer service wasn't great. First time I stopped in to order, the older lady wasn't wearing a mask. Both workers seemed to be in low spirits. Seemed bored or simply tired. Second time I came in, they were much friendlier and even carried the glass out to my car! Super nice considering I was terrified of dropping it.

This company was amazing! So professional. We had most of our windows replaced and a very large sliding glass door. I was completely shocked when I got home from work and saw how clean and tidy everything was. The windows did not look like replacements, but like they always were there. The sliding glass door was nicely trimmed with beautiful molding inside and out. I highly recommend these professionals. I'm a surgical nurse and the operated on my home with the precision of a surgeon!

I got a quote to install a garden window in the kitchen. I called them and wanted to proceed but didn't know if I measured the window correctly. I was told the person was out to lunch and would call when they returned. Never heard back from them. I guess business must be that good! I'm moving on.
