We had an excellent experience with Blake who replaced and installed our new window coverings. His professional approach and attention to our needs gave us high confidence in the quality of his services before the install even took place. We are very pleased with the fresh and modern updates we now have over our windows! Blake even took extra time to help us find a solution for an old window covering he replaced. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Blind Guy!

We can't rave enough about Blake and everyone else we had contact with at the Blind Guy of Coeur 'dAlene. From the first phone call to schedule a consultation through the final installation we experienced courteous, professional interactions that resulted in beautiful window coverings for our kitchen and basement. Blake is knowledgeable and patient, the attributes you want from consultant. He answered ALL of our many questions and explained each one of our options.
Our basement remodel was stretched out for months and we had to reschedule our installation several times, sometimes as late as the night before. Never a problem. To our embarrassment, the day we were finally ready to have the binds installed we weren't home and missed our appointment. Nevertheless, we were promptly rescheduled and soon had our installation completed. These people are the best!
