They work hard to meet your needs and wants! J.R. is an awesome guy. Doesn't pressure you, just shows you what he has and the cost. He even took pictures of my house and when I went into the showroom he showed me what my house would look like in different colors. Really helped me make decisions. And their prices can't be beat!

JR and his team were great! We were impressed from the moment we walked in. Having a studio with materials you can see and feel and not just relying on pictures. amazing! They were able to do a digital mock up of my house so I could SEE what it was going to look like! Very professional and top of the line. Services: General door installation, Window installation

I recently bought a house, whose windows were installed by Suburban Construction over 10 years ago. One of the latches was not working, and neither my friends nor the handymen I hired could fix it, so once I tracked down that Suburban had done the window installation, I called them. They sent out a technician, Dan, and Dan is worth his weight in gold! He fixed it pretty quick, checked all my other windows, and taught me a bit about my old house.
I had initially balked at the $225 service call fee they'd quoted to just have him come out for a single latch, especially if it would come down to having to replace the window anyway, but luckily, it did NOT come to that, and I'm thrilled that I can lock my window now. Thank you, Dan!

Suburban construction has been absolutely wonderful to work with over the years. We had them replace all of the windows in our last home and will likely be utilizing them for Windows & Siding at our new home. Customer service is second to none. Great quality products and warranties to back them up. I can't speak highly enough.

In 2011, Suburban installed siding, gutters, gutter guards and shutters on our home. In 2016 we called Suburban again and they installed a new front door, side window, garage man door and two screen doors. We worked with JR on each project and he was great about helping us to choose product that met our tastes and our needs. The quality is wonderful and we continue to be happy with all of the work.
Even more amazing is our recent contact with Suburban. We had a different company install windows in 2010 with a lifetime warranty but that only works if they are still in business. We were having trouble with the handle cranks on a couple of windows and not sure where to turn. We called Suburban and even though they had not installed the windows, they came to the rescue. Everyone at Suburban (JR, the office staff and the window tech) was understanding, professional and helpful. The window tech was in and out in 10 minutes but it meant so much to us. They truly understand customer service. We are extremely happy with Suburban!
