They were quick to respond they answered all of my questions they kept me informed through the whole process from start to finish. The new windows they installed changed the entire look of my home. They were also on time and very professional!

Paul and Paul Jr. replaced 14 windows in our home about 2 years ago. They were professional, on time, clean up the work site very well and were competitive with respect to price. It was a great investment as our heating and air conditioning bills dropped significantly as our windows were original to the home (1930). We have had no issues but we are confident that should we need help in the future Paul & Paul Jr. will be able to help us.

I had a great experience with Quality Windows and Doors. I had 10 windows replaced. Paul kept me updated on install date. He and his team arrived on time and very carefully and proficiently removed the old windows and installed the new ones. They took care to clean up inside and out. Paul showed me how to use the windows and how easy it is to clean them. Overall, a great job and I recommend them.

We've use Quality Windows now on two projects, and Paul and co. are consummate professionals! Recently, they replaced all the windows of our house in East Falmouth. Paul was very communicative during the supply shortage in the spring and was flexible with our schedule to get the work done. He is clearly an expert and I trust his opinions when he recommended a storm door with pull up screen. Whenever friends need a recommendation, I give them Paul's number. Highly recommend!

I can't give enough praise for Paul. After some experiences with other highly rated window companies, there was still no comparison. He shows up on time, explains things intelligently and honestly, and communicates quickly by text and phone. Prices were fair and even below other estimates. Actual installation was quicker than estimated and his team was polite and respectful of the property, vacuuming and wiping windows, so the work area was immaculate after.

The new windows immediately updated and brightened my room; wish I'd taken "before" photos. He also took the time to solve a problem with my other windows same day. He's just a great honest guy and amazing contractor!
