Other reviewers are spot on - Jaime operates a scam with dishonesty. Concrete examples: - sending multiple workers for basic tasks to double labor charges - video footage revealing second worker sitting in car doing who-knows-what on their phone - dishonest assessment of hours worked (once again, based on video footage of the actual services rendered) - outrageous end bill for incredibly basic work I'm ashamed to say what I ended up paying Jaime's team to perform this basic task. Do NOT go with Jaime. Unless the contractor board changes things, there's no reason to expect a different result. I believe in FAIR payment, but not dishonesty and price gouging.

We have used R&S in the past because of the stickers placed on the doors throughout the building. I WAS very impressed by the workmanship and fair pricing we received (As one of the jobs was after hours 4:30 am to be exact.) We will be using AJR in the future for all 5 of our properties.

I find it unconscionable that a company would stealthily send someone into a shopping center and rip off the "PULL" signs from every store and then send someone the next day to put their pull signs with their phone number and address and an unreadable LIC#. This is out right vandalism. There was no asking if we wanted their sign AND I have never used their service AND I NEVER WILL! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!

Stay clear of this place. they are a rip off. they charge for travel time which is fair but when i googled their address they are 10 minutes from me and charged me for 1 and a half hours. how ridiculous is that. then they charged for work time of 2 hours and i have them on video and the job was completed in 1 hour and that is with them smoking and chit chatting outside at their vehicle. though the door did get fixed where is the dignity, you don't need to cheat to make your money.

This company was called for an emergency job that should have taken 2-3 hours tops, but instead it was more like 8 hours. The result. A HUGE BILL in the thousands of dollars! The cost/price was constantly requested, but not given until the final invoice was generated. Customer BE WARE of this company and it's quoting or should I say lack there of quoting and billing practices!

I own Mission Muffler and Brake in Hayward Ca. and recently needed some repairs to my front gate. I contacted this company and gave me a fair estimate but I had to budget for it but when I talked to Jaime the owner he told me pay for part of it and pay the rest in 30 days! That was the ticket! So his crew shows up and I could just tell that they were experienced workers. My confidence in them grew.
I even bought them food because they were working so hard. All said and done people come by and look at the finished product if you have any concerns or call me! From top to bottom a class act company!

I work as a receptionist for a local logistics warehouse. From time to time a new forklift driver will run into one of our docking doors and we need to get it repaired fast and get back to up and running. A service man named Jamie came out the first time and another by the name of Armando the second time. Both were efficient and professional. We will be using them again in the future
