Great customer service experience from start to finish. Kent was very knowledgable, personable, and charged a fair price. As a small business owner myself I was happy to give him a shot to support him and his family. I'm so glad I did! While watching him work it was immediately obvious that he knows garage doors inside and out, cares about his clients, and is proud of his workmanship and good reputation. Kent is a pro!

He did not get in a rush, yet made short work of the installation. He even adjusted my other garage door that I was having issues with at no charge! I would recommend Spring Kings to anyone! They have earned my business for life! Thanks Kent!

We set an appointment online - Kent followed up via phone and left a rough price estimate on our voice mail. He showed up on time and walked us through the repair and the estimated time allotted. He completed the fix of a couple springs and a bracket in roughly 90 minutes, and it's completely silent now. He even followed up a couple weeks later to check on us. This is what you want from a service provider, thank you Kent.

I took a leap of faith talked to Kent about my garage door problem after other "garage specialist" couldn't figure out. Am I glad that I did! Kent was great! I hired him to replace our garage cables because they were starting to fray. He had the best and more reasonable pricing. I had quotes from 3 other companies that wanted to charge atleast $40 dollars more than Kent. He replaced and maintenanced our door in under an hour!

Had a great experience with Spring Kings with a motor replacement! I had received the company from a referral and was very impressed. After contacting, I was quoted a fair price, they worked me into their schedule super quickly, confirmed the appointment and the technician even called me when they were on the way. Installation was completed in the quoted time and they even offered to help set up our cars/app (we had our garage converted into a "smart" garage). The technician then helped me set up a code, showed me how the remotes work and even installed the lightbulbs for me! Would definitely recommend their service!

Our garage door spring broke after being replaced by another contractor just 2 years ago. We found out that the original contractor replaced our spring with the wrong size for the weight of our garage door. Kent came out right away, explained everything very clearly, and made the fix. He also called when he was on his way. We can't say enough great things about Kent's professionalism and his fair pricing. We definitely trust him for all of our garage needs and will happily tell our friends and family about him too.

Made appointment online for a busted spring and was called to let me know the approximate price. (Which he stuck to without trying to up sell me anything, and on the contrary checked, tightened and tuned up the door for free!) Nice, honest guy, glad to recommend his company!

Great Service! Arrived early (yes a contractor arrived early) and had consistent communication before arriving. The work was above and beyond while at a fair price. I would highly recommend! My 32 year old garage door needed rejuvenation and Kent did a thorough evaluation of my needs, along with accurate and affordable estimates on cost. My new spring and opener are very quiet and simple to use. The phone app is particularly simple. (I use opening the garage door remotely to wake my daughter in the morning. I'm sure she loves that!) The Amazon Key is a terrific added feature. Kent is kind, polite and hard-working. Excellent service!
