03/22/2022 Still no resolved, ,.Missing screen, damages still exist, going on 6 months! sad company, ,. 02/24/2022 Still NO resolve to damaged/defective windows installed 10/2021. You should be ashamed of yourself, taking advantage, you've already been paid! What do you care! Shame Shame Mr Meyersen, I sent you a follow up email on Monday 01/24/2022 to no response, ? Now you write this response, thinking the responses are automated as you STILL have not reached out to me directly! LOL My screen?

Why should I have to go fetch it? NO, I won't do that, it was removed from my home and should be delivered back to my home, THAT'S the RIGHT thing to do :-,,.Still waiting on that call from your Rep Brian, I was told by Russell Meyersen would call to resolve several issues I have with a 13 window install in October. That was 12/29/2021. And yes, I am still missing that screen! Very poor quality over all. Damaged insulation as pictured. Hair between the panes of glass, gross! Chaulking stuffed into a defect! The Town of Killingly has administered a housing rehab program for almost 20 years. When windows are needed, the majority of contractors use mercury excelum windows. They are a quality product that stand the test of time. The company is customer friendly and very helpful.

Your product is very good with one exception one window out of the ten installed doesn't latch property, so I spoke with the president of the company and was very satisfied with their willingness to resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

Great company! Beautiful, quality windows at a very fair price. Staff is knowledgeable about their products as well as installation techniques and applications. Consistently pleasant experiences working with them, one of the rare companies that still cares about customer satisfaction in today's market!

Honestly the worst built windows I've ever seen. Buy off the shelf at a box store before ordering from here. Custom sashes don't fit the frames. HUGE air gaps. Custom casement is full of stripped screws with no structure behind the vinyl. Hinges pulled them right out. The windows have to be pushed closed from the outside. Less than 12 months since install and 4 or 5 windows are inoperable and needed to be replaced. Sales rep will get back to you if and when he gets around to it. Expect to have to leave your job early if you need a follow up inspection. They don't don't work past 5pm.

I have triple glazed windows from Mercury Excelum in my home. Windows function perfectly, would recommend their products highly

Wonderful windows! I renovated my house and used these windows in two locations. In my kitchen I replaced two old odd shaped windows with one- three panel big window - and it is great. Opens easily and fit perfectly. I also put one in a shower in the bathroom. This one has the shade inside the two glasses (since it's inside the shower). works beautifully and fit great with the tile and existing opening.! Wished I could do my whole house with these great windows.

Respler Homes, LLC have been featuring Mercury Excelum windows, patio doors and siding in all three of our Connecticut subdivisions for well over 5 years. The quality of their products, the accuracy in fulfilling orders, the delivery turn-around and most importantly, the service they deliver to us during construction and to our home buyers after the sale is what keeps them our valued vendor.

They replaced numerous windows in my home of varying sizes. The windows look and work great, and were competitively priced. They were a pleasure to work with and got the job done in a timely manner. Thank you!
