San Diego's Best Window Company

One of the most important things when it comes to window replacement is energy efficiency. Having wood windows can easily crack and warp, creating gaps in the frame, especially in older wood. Newer and more advanced materials can withstand the harshest weathers and moisture. When you eliminate gaps in the frame, your energy cannot escape and mess with your home temperature systems. San Diego's Best Window Company comes standard with Low E-glass which limits UV and IR light that comes through your home. UV light is known to fade furniture and carpets while IR Light raises your home temperature. By constraining UV and IR light the Low-E glass helps you save money.

An important component in your home are your patio doors. Here at San Diego's Best Window we install nothing but the best quality in patio doors, we work with you so you can choose the best fit for your home.

I had windows install in in November 2016 and throughout 2017 SD Best Windows continued to say the noises coming from two of my sliding glass doors and one window were a manufacturing problem. The manufacturer spent 8 months in 2017 trying to figure out what the problem was and when they found it was an INSTALLATION problem, this finally forced SD Best Windows to come out and "fix it". They sent a couple of installers out and never fixed the problem then passing the buck once again back to the manufacturer.

I sit in my office and all I listen to is movement and crackling from a poor installation. The same thing happens in my bedroom and all night I listen to this noise that just gets louder and louder. It raises great concern for the longevity of the windows and it sooooo irritating. I delayed even writing a review because I don't do this but this impacts everyday and night of my life.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value The worst company ever. When you reach them because of their job they just make fun of you. never go here. it doesn't worth it.

I hired them to do replace my age old entry door. The person who did the initial consult was friendly and walked me through the process. The measurement and installation went really well. Where they could improve is on communication. I had to follow up multiple times to get a schedule from them. I also needed to replace a backdoor and the person who is responsible for providing a quote for that was not responsive and didn't provide me with a quote even after following up multiple times with him. The installation quality was very good and I very happy with the work they did but they a huge room for improvement on customer communication

Really pleased with this company overall! From the salesman to the installers we are so happy with our new windows! They are way more price competitive than the competition. On install day John and Mo were great! Answered all of our questions and were very kind. Even when we found a few minor issues they were back out no questions asked. Thank you San Diego's Best! You really are!

While I had a few windows replaced and was happy about it, workers walking on the roof broke a few tiles but said nothing about it at the time. Although It took some time to get a roofer that was available, the company came to replace the few damaged tiles. Overall I am satisfied with the final result and the way it was handled.

We purchased our home and it came with very old drafty windows. About 3 companies gave us a bid. I really liked the view guard windows and it's only carried by san diego's best. The price was more than reasonable and came with a very good warranty. The installation process went better than expected. John's crew were very nice, punctual and clean. They even took our old windows. Replacing our windows gave our home an updated look. It was definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this company!

We received outstanding service from the individual who came out and conducted the estimation, to the guys who came and installed our new windows and window shutters. However, the quality of the window shutters is horrible. After just 8 months, the blind would not stay open and the frame around the window started splitting. There is warranty, so I tried to work with the company to have someone come to the house and fix the shutters.

After two months, the representative mentioned that we should just try to get service elsewhere as they do not have anyone to repair the window shutters and we will have to pay that service. The kind women who normally answers the phone informed us that she will email the owner to give us a call back, we have not heard from anyone for the past 3 weeks.

I needed to get my windows replaced throughout my home and was kind of nervous because I didn't know where to start. I found them on line and gave them a call because they were running a special. The owner came out to my home and he was great! He answered all my questions and the estimate was more than fair. The installers did a great job too. As soon as they got to my place they kept working until the job was done. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy with the job that San Diego's Best Windows did at our house. We replaced all of the windows (30) and two doors with modern, energy efficient vinyl windows. They look great, and the house is quieter and less drafty. The job was well planned and supervised. They did everything on-time and very neatly. We had several unusual patio windows to replace, and other companies said they couldn't do them. So, the fact that SDBW was able to do that part of the job, which was difficult, was the deciding factor for us in choosing them. After the job was done, we noticed two small problems, and so SDBW came right back out and fixed them.

So, we give this company 5 stars. There was nothing we were unhappy about.

Called remotely to have someone go to my home in San Diego and give me a quote on the some windows and a sliding door. The nice young lady on the phone informed me that they can't quote me without the home owner present. Whereas I understand this to a degree, it was not what I wanted to hear. I don't live in San Diego and still need my windows replaced. A little disappointing that they weren't willing to work with me. I am sure there is more then one investor or home owner who doesn't live in the same state (or country, like me) who need windows.

I worked with Devin Duran on selecting new sliders and french doors to install in my home. Devin's install team came out and great job on the install day. Everything was done in one day and the new doors look beautiful! The crew did a professional job, they were very courteous and cleaned up the job site when they left. I highly recommend San Diego Best Window Company.

I chose this company out of three most popular on the market for few reasons. First, their professional attitude - they where only who were ethical and didn't do bad comments about other window companies as others did. Second, they offered me a good price without any time limitations, where other companies gave decent price for two days to push me to make a decision faster. About windows and service. I'm very happy with a quality I have. windows look great. Guys installed windows very quickly and they were very attentive doing their job. They cleaned my house after them selves.

I was looking for some quotes for some dual pane windows and San Diego's Best Window had lowest price by far. Brandon and his team were so professional and clean. I love my new windows and can't wait to start seeing the savings. I highly recommend them.

I'm going to keep this review very short, simple, and to the point. This company is great, their prices are more than competitive, and their windows are of good quality. I like my new windows and it really changed the appearance of the home. I decided to also add shutters and wow did that kick it up a notch. If you want great service, quality products, at an unbelievable price I suggest you give them a call.

The Best experience ever! Installers worked so hard & so efficiently. A pleasure to have them in my home. Workmanship is perfect. They take pride in doing a great job.
