These guys did a good job on my garage door. Initially there were some issues with measurements on the door, but they came out and replaced a panel to make it right without question. Integrity. You don't find many companies nowadays with it, but these guys have it. Quality installation, good communication, and fair pricing. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We just had William L come out today and install a garage door opener at our house. I don't think he was even here an hour and it was already up and working. The technician was friendly, fast.

I really appreciate Jovani and Veteran Garage door. The service was great. I had two broken garage springs and Jovani replaced both of them in less than an hour. I watched him and asked questions out of curiosity in case this ever happened again. Maybe I can fix this issue on my own next time I thought. well after watching and seeing the work and the know-how that came with his experience, I can confidently say if I ever have an issue with anything garage door related again, I will be giving Veteran Garage door a call. I can't reccomend them enough. Thanks Jovani, enjoy your 4th of July!

Came out same day to troubleshoot our issue due to lightning strike. They were able to get the parts & repair our garage door opener within 2 days. Clinton was very professional & kept us informed through the entire process. He even reached out to the manufacturer on our behalf to check warranty coverage. I would recommend this company.

The service from this Company was top of the line. From scheduling a same day service on a Saturday (without the regular expediting fees), calls from the technician to let me know he was on his way, to explaining the repair, warranty and cost ahead of time. The technician (Jovani) was very knowledgeable and professional. Amazing young guy.

Dealing with garage door issues is not something anyone wants to deal with ever, especially right before Christmas. Luckily Veteran Garage Door Services was the only company that answered the day before Christmas Eve. And we lucked out with a really great technician, Jovani. He explained a lot to us so we better know how to maintain our garage door and he provided a great service overall. We definitely recommend this company.

Extremely impressed. Called early afternoon on a Saturday and was able to land a same day service at 6. Was told technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival and he did. Arrived at 6. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Assessed the issue and got right to work. Workmanship was superb and no mess left behind. Garage door is working likes it's brand new. Office staff was friendly on the phone. Received text confirming my appointment. Received a greatly appreciated veteran's discount. I would definitely use Veteran Garage Door Repair again and highly recommend to anyone looking for help with their garage door.

First time to use this service. They worked me in the same day I called. Clinton was the tech on site. He listened to my explanation of the issue and offered a couple of solutions with estimated costs. Took the time to explain each one to my satisfaction. He made the repair in a timely manner! I would call them again and request Clinton.
