We came home super late on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to find our garage door spring had broken. Saturday morning, we called VGD and had a technician out before noon, and repairs were completed before 1pm. They were wonderful and VERY affordable. Will use them again for anything to do with our garage and already referred them to a friend of ours!

One of the neighbors kids left a broom in the track and when I closed my garage door that night, it somehow messed the cable pull system on the left side up and caused the door to jam crooked. Veteran Garage Door Repair not only came out with 25 minutes of my call the next morning, but was gracious to use my brand new rollers that I had bought the last time I repaired my garage door. $313 to fix everything and it comes with a 1 year labor warranty. Will definitely be calling them again if my garage door ever messes up.

Just had my garage door opener replaced. Called or texted several companies and Veteran's garage door was rated the highest of all the companies listed or called. Their tech's name was Martin and he was thorough and friendly. He did a great job and replaced the entire unit including the track in about an hour.
Called on Wednesday and he was out by 10:00 on the next day. The earliest anyone else I talked to could get out was Saturday.
Great and fast service! Surprised that when I asked for estimates veterans was also the cheapest. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing fast and reliable service. I will definitely use them in the future.

My 79 year old aunt somehow threw our garage door off track. I called VGDR on a Sunday and they sent someone out within the 2 hours. This would be our 3rd time using them and we will continue to in the future. Thank you, CJ and Nick, for coming out promptly and correcting the issue.

Aaron showed up on time at 9 a.m. and texted me before he got there. He installed two new door openers. He installed the new parts and removed the old ones. He finished the job by oiling the springs and hinges after putting everything in place. I made sure the doors went up and down. Both doors worked smoothly and quietly. Superb service at reasonable rates from a skilled team. Veteran garage door repair is great.

JT was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did he come out just a few minutes after I had called to schedule an appointment - on the same day as the snowstorm was moving in - but the price he quoted was fair. He had my door fixed in half an hour. Highly recommend this company!

I almost called a different business that subcontracts out. So happy I didn't. Jovani called me before arriving and came to my property at the scheduled time. I have a 20 year old garage door that got wonky. Within an hour's time, Jovani fixed it and honest to God it works better now than it ever has. I will definitely be a repeat customer for life. Smart, courteous, and actually very cheap. Call Veteran Garage Door Service first. You'll be glad you did!

I needed to finish a couple of little but essential jobs right away. When I called, a repairman came out that same afternoon. First, he installed cross-bracing on my door opener casing. In addition, I needed a new seal installed at the base of my garage door. He got the right materials and finished the job the next day. Prices are fair, work is nice, and the staff is friendly. Without hesitation, I'd give him a ring again.

Zach arrived at the time he told us he would arrive. My garage door opener which was 23 years old was shot. In an hour and 20 minutes he had removed all parts of the old opener and installed a completely new opener with rails and belt etc. He was polite and very good at installing the complete garage door opener. He was fun to visit with and when he finished the installation he had everything cleaned up.
He then took the time to explain the different things the unit would do as well as an app that went with the unit and the different things you could do through the app. I would definitely have Zach work on any garage door, opener etc. problems I might have.
