I contacted Neighborhood for an emergency repair on a Saturday evening and Mike responded within two hours. After discussing the necessary repairs with me in detail, Mike went above and beyond expectations when he drove nearly an hour away to retrieve a part that was required to make the repair. He responded back to my home around 9:30pm and made the repairs, working until after 11:00pm. Amazing service, and I am grateful for work Mike did to ensure I could use my garage!!

We used Neighborhood to diagnose and fix a garage door problem at our rental property. My communication to setup the appointment was prompt and quick; which is a big plus in my view. The tech was running late but I got a call informing me of that; another example of quick and prompt communication. The technician was quick to diagnose the problem (broken sensor) and fix it. I was able to make all of this happen even though I was out of town for work! Overall, they are very easy to work with plus they know the importance of good and prompt communication. I will definitely hire Neighborhood if the need arises in future.

My garage door broke and was stuck in mid-open position. I did a quick search for companies in the area and found Neighborhood Garage with great reviews. I called and a technician was at my house in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a short time. He was polite and knowledgeable and quick. I would use them again without question.

I am very satisfied with the service I received, Jacob arrived the same day, gave me a very fair quote after several companies that gave twice as high an offer, and we set a day for the installation of the door, they met all the standards and I am really satisfied with their service, just within 3 days from the moment I called They installed a new and quiet door for me!!
