Cant say enough about my experience with Budget Glass Company. I live in Charlottesville (about 1.5 hours away), but I elected to go with Budget Glass Company on the recommendation of a couple of friends and Im so glad that I did. I needed to have two window sashes repaired and wasnt sure if I would be able to remove them and bring them in. I made a quick call and one of their technicians told me how to easily remove the windows (took less than 2 minutes). I brought them to Budget Glass Company and they were able to repair the windows the same day. My experience with everyone on their team was top notchfrom intake through picking up the windows, the entire team was friendly, patient, honest about my options, and answered all of my questions. After a quick reinstall, everything looked amazing and I was able to save over $1500 from an estimate that a local company had given us to come to our house to repair the windows. Couldnt be happier with my experience with Budget Glass Company!

We remodeled our bathroom and had glass panels and a glass door installed. It looks fantastic! Every team member we have dealt with here has treated us with genuine care and professionalism. From the two gentlemen who installed it (I wish I knew their names), to Elaina answering the calls, Jeremy organizing the schedule, and Chris making sure the glass was in tip top shape, EXCELLENT job all around to everyone! The folks at budget glass are very friendly and easy to work with. Their prices (less than half of the price of a new window) are fair and the quality of work is top notch. The speed (hours!) at which they complete this work is unmatched. Most places want to come by your house or have you bring the window to them or charge for a visit, measure your window, and then tell you they are ordering the glass (3 week lead time usually) to install the replacement at a later date. Budget Glass does all the work in their shop right here in Richmond VA. Hard working folks holding the torch for a dying art.

I dropped off a piece of glass for a customer pretty close to close and came in the morning to pick up the new window right before their holiday party. The window wasn't ready and the owner asked me to time how quickly they could get me out the door. About 8 minutes later, my glass was done and I was on my way. Wow! This company is fantastic. I brought a window sash to be repressurized and it was done in 30 min. for about $40 less than expected. Fresh coffee in the waiting room and everyone was super friendly.

We had a great experience getting an upper sash replaced in a child's bedroom. The team at Budget Glass (Jackie and Tony) were thorough, professional, and fast. They probably would have completed the job even faster if our schedule accomodated for it. Highly recommended.

My experience was great! I arrived from out of town with a window expecting I may need to pick up later in the afternoon but they were able to repair my window right away, they had me in and out within 30min max.. I don't want others to assume that they will always get immediate service, but they definitely made it work for me today and earned a 5 star

I highly recommend Budget Glass. One of my windows was collecting condensation inside due to a broken seal, and they were able to fix it same day for a great price. They also have a very helpful video on their website that shows you how to remove your window sash so that you can bring it in. Everyone was super friendly and the whole process couldnt be easier.

Weve worked with Budget Glass on a bunch of projects, and they always do solid work. Their team is professional, reliable, and easy to work with. They communicate well, show up on time, and get the job done right. Its hard to find good trades that you can count on, but these guys have been great every time. Highly recommend!

I was referred by another glass company... Terrific experience all round for a small sliding glass door replacement project. Office staff courteous and efficient, and technician Tony and his Helper called ahead, arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, cleaned up and provided billing/payment choices on site. Budget Glass Company provided good value for money.
