I called Steve a few days before Memorial Day this year and told him I was looking for two polycarbonate window well covers for my house, and he was able to come out and measure and do an estimate the same day. He just came and installed them yesterday and my husband and I are very pleased with the product. It looks very nice and he was very professional and nice to us throughout the process. So in less than two weeks I was able to have the product I requested installed, and I think that's a great turnaround time for what we purchased.
