Very poor service and the receptionist was not friendly or polite. Does not want to take care of the customer even in an emergency situations. Only wants to take care after the repair work is paid before they can even schedule a technician. Not very businesslike attitude to help the customer. I m very disappointed to have the automatic doors from tormax when this company does not want to be helpful.

Stay away you will hurt you back! picking up the glass windows for the door frame. It can be done an easier way to get the glass to your work station. temp agency left that part out of the job description.

Tormax usa inc, I have call them to speak with tech support, they never let me speak to any of the tech, the lady was on the phone she have never try to contact for me for my questions, instead she was keep explaining me same stuff over and over I cant speak to tech, they have to come out at site to answer and the answer will cost me $150.00 what's a point? when they cant have answer for journal questions, , compare to Stanley door company the service is not good she hung up the phone on me, I think Stanley door company its batter to have for any automatic door required.

I pick up a load of battering out of this place they took 4 hours to load me and they didn't even have a restroom for me to use
