Great company to work with! We had placed a custom-sized order and it was ready in no time to be installed. The installers traveled out of town and got everything put in just right. We were very pleased with the experience, the quality and the pricing. Great products and easy to set up the Wifi app system and bridge to interface with our Alexa. Victor was great to work with and helpful throughout the process and beyond! Highly recommend Alamo Door Systems.

I am retired service member, who bought a home for my mom. I check on her from time and I see that some companies enjoy taking advantage of the elderly. My mom has a garage door that New Leaf Homes uses that is Alamo Doors which is fine. I just didn't think that the garage doors break down so easily. My mom been at her house for almost 2years. Her garage door has broken down 3x. Once when they tried installing it.
Let me remind you that it broke down prior to her moving in the property. Second time it broken down a month after the warranty was up. Third time, it broken down in November. The glue that they used came off and the center of the garage started to bend and fold, causing the garage door to cave inwardly. They are charging my mom money to fix it. Plus they say that their warranty is only good for 30 days. Garage doors suppose to last even years, not break down every couple of months.

They came exactly on time. They fixed my big garage door and the gentleman (Clint) was super considerate and super smart. I am a 75 year old blonde retired teacher, who is fussy. They are totally A plus
