I have used this company in the past with acceptable results, but my original salesman moved to a new company. The new salesman was not helpful during any step of replacing a custom door that was damaged in a burglary. We were forced to allow the install due to time constraints, but have now removed them from our Rolodex and won't be using them in the future. Questions posed to the salesman about install dates were answered with a string of untruths, reminded me of the dog eating his homework! The last call I received stating he would drop off the door glass owed to us on December 11th, it was dropped off by a delivery person on 12/28. Tried to talk to the owner or supervisor to no avail.
