Very disappointed with them not backing their product. My son had 3 beautiful garage doors installed and 2 have serious dents in them. They were called and there has been no help from Tracey doors. They say someone must have backed into them with is impossible. The dents are uniformly across the doors. They have been no help to them on their beautiful newly built home. I would not recommend them. Your would think their customer service would be better!

Ran into my partially opened garage door with my car and did some pretty good damage. These guys were able to come within the hour and managed to get it back on track and fix the door without replacing it. Fantastic service! Highly recommend

I contacted Tracey Door to schedule a service call for my aunt's garage door. Prior to scheduling an appointment, Michelle requested that I call back when I was at my aunt's home and able to answer some questions first. After answering her questions about make and model number and symptoms, she was able to advise me how to resolve the problem without a service call. This company is all about the service, not about making money. Well done Tracey Door.

Timely, professional, reasonably priced! They were able to repair my door much quicker than I anticipated. They left the area clean and were very quick and efficient. I was very pleasantly surprised with the bill! And it was easy to pay since I could not be there- just called in. Everyone was wonderful to deal with. Thank you!

I am pleased by my experience with Tracey Door Co and the garage door and opener that was installed. This includes obtaining the estimate, the price charged, coordination with my building contractor, and the workmanship and attitude of the installer. I recommend them highly.
