The Verde Group Window Installation team was fantastic. They helped us find some specialty windows for a new addition to our home in Baltimore. We added a new bay window and an octagon window in living room. I was surprised by all the options and their ability to make custom windows. Products were expensive but worth the cost!

A friend recommended them to me when I was getting quotes from several other companies. I'm happy I went with Weathermaster! Communication with Herb was good. He didn't pressure me into signing anything but just gave me a fair quote for what I need. He was upfront that supply chain is pretty backordered so it would take 12-16 weeks for my windows to get here. Fortunately the windows got here in maybe 10 weeks.
As for the actual installation, the technician whose name I can't recall was professional and thorough. He worked quickly and he explained to me how to use my new windows, which parts he caulked, and the registration for the warranty. I'll definitely use them again for door replacements.

From the sit down with Jonmark to ordering to install were fantastic! Jonmark walked us through all the options to best suit our need. His expertise was evident. They stayed in contact through the wait for the windows and got in to install in a few days! Install crew worked fast, efficient and clean! They walked me through the window features and made sure I had no other questions. Will have them do the rest of our windows when needed.

Entire process was pretty smooth, other than the long delay between purchase and the actual installation, which was uncontrollable due to raw material supplies. Installers were efficient and courteous. Patrick, our sales rep, followed up with us right after installation to make sure everything went well. Danni was very patient with my semi-frequent calls/emails to check on the status of our order. Assuming we can get the replacement pane for the panel that was damaged in transit in a timely manner, color us extremely satisfied.

Windows were replaced on 9/7 and after installation, we noticed we had lost 3+ inches of the windowsill. Furthermore, our custom blinds will not fit any longer due to the replacement of these windows. Throughout the entire process, from start to finish, no one ever informed us that we would be losing inches from the windowsill and brackets to blinds would be obsolete. We thought and assumed it was the exact fit on the same window as being replaced.
The estimator when he measured, never revealed this to us as a customer, so the average customer would think "same window". So we are now stuck with custom blinds that need to be trashed. Company refused to do anything except a phone call back. Will not recommend this company and ASK the right questions because the will not tell you.
