Ordered door through Lowe's in Vancouver WA. Waited 3 weeks for delivery and then it was the wrong door. While Lowe's did take the door back, I was disconnected once and on the 800 # for 1/2 hour. When at the store the person handling the return commented "this co. is bad about sending the wrong product." REALLY! Why is Lowe's still doing business with them? To give costumers, their employees, extra aggravation? I WAS very excited about the door, it looked beautiful, it was expensive. The whole experience was a BUMMER!

Do not buy a Titan security door. The handle/latch on my door has jammed and I am unable to open the door since 8/13/17. It took me several days dealing with their support staff and the conclusion was "go get a locksmith to open your door!" When I first purchased this security door, it took over 5 weeks to get it delivered and installed. I am extremely dissatisfied with their product and the support that I have been given. It's not worth the money and the aggravation it can create in dealing with this company.

Stay far far away! Ordered through Lowes. First door arrived (took a month) and the door was the wrong size. Titan blamed Lowes. NO it wasn't the installer nor Lowes, They sent the wrong size! Lowes had to take pictures to prove it to them. So, second door was ordered and would be expedited. Nope, Took over another month for the door to be delivered. Now the lock is broken on that door. Third door will have to be ordered. I think not! Obviously, real quality control issues with this company. Stay far far away. Not worth the hassle nor the price. A security door that doesn't lock? Ridiculous!

I have an elderly customer who wanted a full light storm/screen door so she could get air flow during nice weather but still feel safe. Looked around. Limited options and pricey. For nearly $1,100.00 I ordered the Titan security Meshtec storm door via Lowes website. 2 1/2 weeks go by and the door arrives at the store but alas its been damaged during shipping(?). Lowes refuses the door. I'm annoyed but hey, things happen.
Several phone calls to Lowes and directly to Unique Home Designs in Arizona (door manufacturer) and everyone assures me they are very concerned, they value my business and will ship a new door "expedited" (1 week). Alrighty then. Another 3 weeks later (expedited?) I get a call from Lowes telling me that the second door was also damaged and again refused. This is a security door that they claim is practically indestructible mind you! Did the truck driver run the door over? Twice? Now my customer and I have wasted nearly 6 weeks and we have no door. Time to start over. Total clown parade.

I am very disappointed as I purchased a Titan Security Screen Door in 2007 with a lifetime warranty on the door itself and limited warranty on the working components like the door handle and lock and screen itself. I had to have the door handle and lock replaced once in 2009 and they charged me $75 to do so, which I wasnt happy with, but paid. Now in 2015 I called again as the handle and lock need to be replaced again.
Not only did it take forever to even get thru to their customer service, but now they say they no longer install nor replace door handles and locks, nor screens and do not warranty them any more. How can you change a warranty? They didn't even try and help me. They just told me they only manufacture the doors now and do not install anymore so they do not warranty any of the installation nor working components and that was that. Not very good customer service. You would think they would at least direct me on what to do now.

THis is the worst, dumbest company I've ever tried to work with. We ordered a $1,200.00 door. Confirmed the colors twice. THen, they kept calling, on a telephone number that goes to nowhere, asking us to confirm the colors again. I called them up, 30 days after we placed the order to see when the door would be done, and they were still waiting for us to confirm the stupid colors, again, a third time.
I told them how rediculous they were, and THEY cancelled the order. STAY AWAY FROM TITAN DOORS. They are over priced and completely stupid. I'm not sure they even know how to make doors. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
