The installer was honest and told us there was a defect in the window. He promised to replace it several months later. We appreciated his honesty. There were also several clearly visible holes in the screen. Home excel put through request for payment from my credit card that afternoon. I filed a dispute. Payment was withheld temporarily. My Credit card gave hom excel my money last week. I told the cc that now that hom excel has my money they wont do the job. Hom excel showed up today ( the day prescheduled for reinstall) They decided the defective window wasnt going to be replaced after all.

I called credit card company and re filed.dispute. " i told you so " doesnt get me my $3000 back. Stay far away from them. Recently the owner stepped in to fix the problem. He apologised for miscommunication. Very professional.

Home excel. Product is very good, the windows are little pricey but they are excellent windows, however there response to service is horrible, I called last November to have screens replaced by the way are under warranty, and the kept telling me next month, next week, finally the y gave me a date April 18, I called and spoke to a women on the 20 and she said Monday's truck didn't come in on Monday, I called three times since, no call back, no nothing, at this point I will get screens somewhere else, I live in Otow, and I will go out of my way to tell people not to use your company, this is unacceptable, your company has no idea what customer service is, and any future business I have will be going somewhere else.

Call Maxell installed replacement hurricane Rita sliding door assembly in my condo and the two gentlemen that came out both very professional knowledgeable and worked excellent of a team. They were thorough with the installation and the cleanup afterwords. Both men were a positive representation of the company. I highly recommend them if you need windows and sliding doors replaced.

HOM-EXCELL came well recommended. The process from measuring to final completion was seamless. The installers came on time. They were precise, professional, competent and courteous. Everything that was moved was replaced exactly as before. The installers gave me clear and concise instructions on how to care for these custom made windows. I am now enjoying an excellent view from this quality window product and 10 star installation. I am adding my high recommendation for Hom-Excell to my friends and neighbors.
