Justin and Tyler from Master Garage Door Company just left my home after exceeding all of my expectations for speed of response, quality and customer service! How often does THAT happen? My garage door was "stuck" in a half-open/half closed position, a cable was lying on the floor and it was tilted at an odd angle. I feared the worst from both a down-time and a cost standpoint. I was given a same-day window and they actually arrived early! Josh indicated it didn't seem too bad, but I was still concerned.
Less than an hour later, Josh knocked and said "We're ready to go!" Total time from initial phone call to finished job? Less than four hours. Total cost? A few hundred dollars instead of the total replacement I was expecting. Will I be recommending Master Garage Door Company to anyone and everyone I can? Absolutely!

My Monday morning was brightened by the "above and beyond" service I received from Master Garage Door Company this morning. Before leaving my house for a week my garage door decided it would not open. While gone, I called Master Garage Door Company and explained what had happened and said they could manually open it to see what was going on. They checked it out and let me know it was a belt and they could fix it when the car that was in the garage was out.
I explained I would be at work on Monday so they could come anytime that worked for them. When I got up for work today it occurred to me that I would not be able to leave without help holding the very heavy door up to back the car out. I texted Steve to let him know this and he said he would be at my house in ten minutes to open the door. Wow! Customer service and kindness are alive and well at Master Garage Door Company. Somehow this gave me renewed hope in troubled times. Came home from work and everything worked perfectly - great experience. They have a loyal customer and cheerleader for life.

What a great experience. Came home yesterday to our garage door only lifting up about 1 foot off the ground and saw a loose cord off the track. Called Steve and they were at our house by 8 am the next morning - on a holiday and had it fixed within an hour. Reasonable pricing too. Thank you!
