After calling several garage door repair companies to get estimates I selected The Door Doctor. From the first phone call to Courtney I knew I had chosen the right company. She was very friendly and patient with my questions and was also able to secure a same day appt. Tim Carrillo showed up on time and was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to answer any questions I had.
The price was exactly as Courtney had discussed with me over the phone. No hidden fees, no trying to sell me anything I did not need. Just an overall very pleasant experience and would highly recommend their company to anybody who asks. Ask for Tim and you will not be disappointed. Doug G.

Our garage door mechanism was just repaired by Door Doctors knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and extremely honest Tim Carrillo. We had been told by other companies that everything had to be replaced even without their looking into the motor housing and other parts. Tim opened up everything and told us everything looked good except for the damaged sprocket unit and replaced it. In his professional opinion, everything else was fine.
Our bill came to a fraction of the cost that the others wanted from us, and we felt we had been in contact with a truly good person in Tim and excellent company in Door Doctor. The original recommendation for DD came from our neighbor 3 houses away, and now we're added to those who will be recommending Door Doctors. Gary F.

Slightly on expensive side. They were $53 more expensive for the top trim opener but selected due to immediate availability. Installer was quick and efficient but seemed to unwilling to help guide simple network configuration on myq and wanted to be bought lunch if he were to help. Politely declined and set it myself but otherwise a good experience.

We've done business many times with The Door Doctor, and their service and expertise always exceeds our expectations. However, the true measure of a company is to see how they react when a problem arises. In my opinion problem resolution is what separates the excellent companies from those where customer service is only lip service. We recently had The Door Doctor replace our entry door with a new fiberglas door. Unfortunately, after the installation we noticed it had some scratches on the inside face.
Because we had a painter scheduled to come in only a couple of weeks we were concerned that we would have to postpone our painting project. I called The Door Doctor and Joey immediately arranged for the door to be picked up, and a temporary door installed while the scratches were repaired. Our new door was then reinstalled with several days to spare. If you do business with any company long enough sooner or later the law of averages will catch up with you. Problems are bound to happen, and when they do I hope you're dealing with a company that cares about the customer experience like The Door Doctor. Bravo!

One of the automatic garage door rollers came out of the track. I called the Door Doctor and they were able to send someone the next day. The repairman fixed the roller and all appeared to be good. A day later, the door started to slam closed and sometimes go back up. I gave it a couple of days and then called Door Doctor, explained the situation and different repairman arrived next day. While hard to know why the door malfunctioned a day later, the Door Doctor stood by their work.
The repairman fixed the issue; no repeated malfunction. It has now been a few weeks and all continues to be well with the door! I'm glad to recommend a local business. I will call them for any future door issues. Great work!

This was my first time working with them. And I can't be happier I found these guys. I had a very unpleasant experience with a different garage door vendor and working with door doctor was a welcome relief. From the beginning Courtney discussed and explained the approximate quotes for the work requested and even emailed it to me. Appointments were scheduled and the team arrived in a timely manner. Surprise! The job cost me a 1/3 of the price I was quoted and they also helped me with garage remote and car sync in a jiffy! Highly recommend Door Doctor.
