Chris is the most awesome guy. I just needed a little part that was discontinued a while back, but he went through his time and efforts to look for it, found an alternative part and gave me free. Also he went through Amazon to find me a possible replacement part. He deserves a lot of applause.

I couldn't be happier! I searched everywhere for a replacement track for my mirrored wardrobe doors. The doors are like new but after over a decade of heavy usage, the anodized satin gold floor track was worn off in many places. Replacement tracks averaged $300+! Track Depot had the exact same track for $80! I sent them an email and Chris immediately responded. I placed my order on Thursday morning and the track arrived at my home less than 24 hours later.
Amazing service with great prices. The innovative system to compare your existing track to what's in the warehouse was a bonus that worked great to ensure I received the part I actually needed. I'm telling anyone who needs tracks to call Chris!
