South Bay Showers installed our shower three-plus years ago and we've been pleased with the result. The glass shower door must have slipped a little in the hinge as the top of the door began hitting the stationary glass panel. We called on a Tuesday to see if they could come out for an adjustment. They told us it would likely be a week or so and asked us to pay a deposit. In the meantime, Rick recommended we apply tape where the glass touched to prevent breaking. Happily, they called back two days later and told us they could come that day. Manny completed the adjustment perfectly and in very little time. All of the staff were kind on the phone and they're a reliable business. I would have given the experience 5 stars except the price was a bit high for the effort.

We had a great experience working with Rickey at South Bay Showers. He's very friendly and responsive to questions. They installed the shower with the wrong finish on the hardware and were back right away to make it right. They were always on time for each appointment. They did a great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Over the last few years we have had South Bay Showers replace some shower doors in rentals. Always a good product on time and a fair price. BUT: this time they hit it out of the park. We had a rental with a short time line to complete the work. Mike from South Bay came out gave us a bid and had the job done to meet our very short timeline. Thank you all for such great customer service!
