Our experience has been stellar! Neil personally came to our house with top notch customer service, knowledge and product at a reasonable cost. While delivery took months -that was out of their hands - and in our current state of life was not to be unexpected. His team of installers - specifically Brice and Michael were professional, personable, and exceptional in their work. They very respectful of our home, time, and family.
We immediately felt the warmth offered by having air right seals and joints, enjoyed the huge reduction in outside noise, and a gorgeous improvement in the look of our home. All in all this experience has been well worth the wait. You can get something done fast and cheap or have something done right and to the highest standards. I would highly recommend Columbus Window Co!

We needed a custom window installed in our office reception area. The custom window took a little over a month to come in from the manufacturer, which isn't unusual for custom windows. Neil handled measuring out and ordering the window and lined up the installer quickly once we were ready. Installation was professional and we were very satisfied.

The owner and operator is awful. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. We ordered our windows in February. Still haven't completed the transaction. What a joke of a company.

The way they have treated me and the family member who recommended the Kensington brand window is sickening. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Still waiting on a copy of the permit the county claims NEVER CAME IN.

We bought a house that already had windows installed by Columbus Window. The installation looked great, very professional. We have had no issues with the windows. Quality work, quality windows. We did have a few latches break -- oddly enough, only in my sons' rooms; -- and Neil was gracious enough to provide replacements. That is FIVE STAR customer service.
