DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Junk products and miserable, non existent customer service. Ordered double, six panel entry doors. The doors they sent me were unfinished (no stain) around the perimeter of every panel inside and outside. They claim this is "normal" and not a defect so they would not do anything to fix them. Told me to touch up the perimeter of the 24 panels with stain myself. As you can imagine the doors look terrible and are an embarassment. Over $4,000 down the drain.

We ordered two mahogany speak easy doors and installed them. They are of excellent craftsmanship and quality. They look better in person than on the website.

We purchased the dutch door and get nothing but compliments. The company is great to do business with also. My contractor's installer messed up the slide latch and Main Door took care of it without hesitation. This is our third door by this company and every one is of great quality.

They falsely advertised the color of a $2500 custom Door and refused to fix it and stain it darker after they were done. Not only that, but their communication was very slow. I strongly urge you not to purchase a Door from this company because if any thing goes wrong they WILL NOT CARE.

We ordered a Main Door Corp. Mahogany Door at Home Depot with HD's contractors for the installation. We were told to expect the custom door to be delivered in about 3-4 weeks, then another couple of weeks to schedule and do the installation. The door arrived in just 2 weeks, but was damaged by the shipper and there was a 2-week delay in sorting out the insurance details. Finally, Main Door Corp agreed to make a second door, rather than repairing the damaged one.
A couple weeks later, the second door arrived damaged, too! The damage was really minor and HD offered a 25% discount on the price of the door. The installer managed to repair the small damage so that it is completely unnoticeable. The entire process took 8 weeks instead of 5, but the final product is beautiful and the damage discount made it a superior value. My only disappointment was in the damage resolution process (between HD, the shipper, and Main Door) and its unnecessary delays for the customer. Otherwise, all is well.
