I called and spoke to Wendy about a service to my garage doors. She had a technician to my home within the hour and it was the same wonderful guy who installed my doors twenty years ago, Superior Garage is the best garage door company bar none, I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

I made an appointment to replace my garage door opener. Chris came out and couldn't install the one I requested because of a support beam that was in the way. I would have needed a side-mounted opener, which I was not prepared to do at that moment because of the higher cost. Chris, instead, repaired the one that was not working properly and provided a "tune-up" to try and silence my very old and noisy opener.
He did a great job! His expertise was much appreciated and his customer service skills, simply outstanding! My opener is working great now, but it is old. When the time comes to install that side-mounted garage door opener, I will definitely call Superior Garage Door and ask for Chris. He truly made my day!

Great service from everyone. We had a spring break on our garage door. After unsuccessful attempts to get parts to do it myself, I asked some friends for recommendations. Multiple told me to call Superior. Windy was SUPER helpful when she took my call. She sent Mark out to confirm what was needed, and then Chris to do the work. 100% professional all the way around from everyone. As a DIYer, I'm reluctant to have anyone do this kind of work for me. I'd call this team back, in a heartbeat, with any other garage door work that I may need.

I had originally left a negative review for this company in error. I received a very nice response letting me know if my mistake, and why it couldn't of been their company. I'm not sure how to delete in my review so I'm changing it to five stars for their kindness and understanding. Thank you & merry Christmas
