I placed an order WITH a drawing with specific measurements. I received the panel and the sizes on the order ticket were correct. I prepped my door frame and went to install the panel and it was too big by 5/16 both height and width. Because of a deadline I had to meet I did not have time to have a new piece made so I spent 2 hours reworking my door frame. The company driver happened to be in the complex so I brought him in to show him that the sizes were too big.
Then I requested that they reimburse me for my time but they wanted to remake the panel. This was a $758.00 piece of glass and would have taken another week or more and I am sure would have cost them more than that. I thought that $150.00 would be reasonable but they said no to a refund that it is company policy to do a remake. I hope they are happy as that was the LAST order I will EVER do with them.

Don't order IGs from them. Most have crap in between the glass. They don't understand what the difference is between regular gray glass and graylite #2 is. It took them 4 attempts to get a basic standard color right, along with several phone calls. Incompetent and low quality. My customer thinks I'm an idiot. They're right. I'm the idiot for using this company, and I get to look at a bad review on my own personal Yelp page because Glasswerks is unreliable.

As a paying customer (spending $20,000 in a 3 month span) I DO NOT appreciate the disrespectful attitude I receive whenever I call for quotes or even for questions I have conserning my product that I pay for CASH. I come one day looking very casual, with an old work truck to pick up a a very large order and was treated so poorly and barely even acknowledged my presence, taking over AN HOUR to process my order that should've already been processed and didn't help me load any of it in my vehicle.
I come another time in a newer truck and they helped me load everything in and asked questions about my car, the whole process took about 30 minutes and was treated like a paying customer. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try to do business with this company, very unprofessional and mediocre.
