Report
Total Lock and Security re-keyed my building and the job went well. They are very professional and courteous. Our location is very busy with high member usage and very crowded from open to close and the technician was hardly noticed. Great day and great job. Thanks to all who made this go so smoothly.

Report
Quoted me a price to repair a commercial door. Came to the job site, completed the installation, received a bill $25 higher than what was quoted. Refused to honor their quote we agreed to. Will be reporting to the BBB as well.
