No Show/ No Call for both my quote appointment and several months ago when my parents attempted to get a quote. Scheduling was a challenge in the first place unless you work from home, do not work, or are prepared to take vacation time- for both parties if you are coupled with someone. There seems to be multiple people doing scheduling who don't communicate. Had several "initial" phone calls acting like I hadn't already set up a time. Then a number of calls asking if I would re-schedule to a time that I told them (on every call) that I was not available. Since they didn't show, I'm glad I did not waste my limited time off.

I normally do not write many reviews as I am the kind of guy that expects to pay good money for products, goods and services and receive quality as part of that price. But saying that, I feel compelled to comment on the higher than expected quality experience provided me from Patriot Sunrooms which totally surpassed my expectations. I had always wanted a pergola shading my pebblestone back patio and from the minute I walked into the Patriot showroom, I was treated like family by the entire staff.
They carefully discussed the plans for the pergola with me, came out and looked at the property and what kind of pergola would look best in my environment. Very professional. When the materials arrived, Patriot sent me it seems their best installers, Brad and Kyle. I hung out with them a lot while they worked and they patiently answered all my millions of questions. They were great - THANKS to Kyle and Brad!
The pergola has been up for about three weeks now and those of my family, friends and neighbors that have been around have commented about it very positively. I am a completely satisfied customer and would highly recommend the Patriot Sunrooms organization.

I would have given them 5 stars if they had someone to clean my sunroom glass roof. The sun room is nice. But we are left to our own devices as to how to keep it clean. They used to have some one who did it "but he quit"". Not sure what to do at this point.

Patriot did a great job replacing our home's windows, including an oversized patio window. When a squirrel ruined a screen, Patriot sent a crew out to replace it with no questions asked. We've been very happy with the windows and found Patriot's sales and service to be both professional and courteous. We highly recommend this company.

The whole process of purchasing, installation, and cleanup of my patio door was phenomenal. We had such a great experience. The door was delayed from manufacturing as everything is by several months. However, the sales rep called me a week after our consultation and said that he went to the warehouse and they had the same door in stock but it had different hardware and that if I was ok with that they could get it installed within the week.
This saved months of lead time. The installation tech did a fantastic job of making my door fit and function perfectly. He went above and beyond to make this door look good and flow with the outside foundation. I highly recommend Patriot and their staff and will be using them to replace my upstairs slider patio door next.
