I am here in Florida, a 73 year old woman. The garage door on my condo wouldn't open so I called a local to fix it. He came said everything was wired wrong and charged me 475 to fix it. Only cash or check. The next day it was still broken and he had mobile deposited my check. Then they blocked my number. Foolish me didn't get a receipt I called Door Depot and explained what happened Dave called me back and had me do something to see if I could get it to work. He was trying to save me.a service call! He talked to me for a good 10 minutes. He was awesome! Who does that. Mike came out a few days later and in 15 minutes had it working. Thank you all!

It was like he was the owner of the company. He explained the answers to my questions very clearly.
