Our garage was installed nicely and we are pretty happy with the service. They follow the scope of work and completed installation in a day. The Acre wood was a nice material and can't wait to have it stained.

Jason from RW Garage Doors installed our garage door today and he was fantastic. Jason called to give 30 minutes notice before he arrived. He arrived on time and explained the work he would do, and estimated it would take about 3 hours. He finished in a little less than 3 hours. Everything worked perfectly, and he went over all the details for operating the garage door. Could not ask for more perfect service.

Thanks Matt! You did an exquisite job of our annual garage door maintenence. You came to our house in Santa Rosa California after you had a full day of work elsewhere. You went all out to give our door the best possible lubrication and a fine5 adjustment and lubrication of everything.
Our garage door was starting to click and creak and you steadfastly did the job of making it quiet and working Great. Thanks Matt for your Kindness and Skill! The service tech was very helpful. He was able to temporarily fix my garage panel by adding a support beam until we can replace the panels which were damaged. RW is very responsive and helpful in my repair and they were able to get someone out right away. Their prices are also fairly priced unlike others I have used that would charge an arm and a leg knowing that you are in need of their service.
They are by far the best. As I had the panels replace two years ago and now have to replace the damaged panels which a car ran into and took off. They didn't charge me for the service call and assessment and for the temporary fix, which is an example of the service they provide. Thanks again.
