The team at Howard's is great. I ordered a slider for the back of my house. You can tell the door is well made and quality. Several months after I installed the slider, I had a young kid run right through the screen door. It happens frequently, this time it flew off the house. It busted an inner clip on the slider. Brian worked with me to get the part ordered and replaced. After having difficulties with the supply chain right now, Brian graciously took apart a scrap screen door and gave me all the parts I needed, plus extra wheels and clips for the door. And when I tried to pay, he said it was on the house. Brian went above and beyond and took his time to help me out. Thank you Brian for the help, I appreciate you.

I had a bad time with bad service with bad employees. Getting a door from any other place would be better. The man at the front desk made me feel like I was wasting his time. Howard's doors is not a good member of the Bay Area community.
