Commercial Window Film

Commercial Window Film reduces energy costs by blocking up to 97% of infrared heat, enhancing tenant comfort, and improving building aesthetics. It strengthens glass against breakage, mitigates UV damage, and offers LEED credit eligibility. Ideal for offices, retail spaces, and multi-family housing seeking sustainable, cost-effective upgrades.

Residential Window Film

Residential Window Film lowers utility bills by reducing heat gain, protects furnishings from fading, and minimizes glare on screens and workspaces. It maintains natural light while improving privacy and security. Homeowners benefit from 3Ms durable, fade-resistant solutions with warranties covering peeling, cracking, or discoloration.

Anti-Graffiti Window Film

Anti-Graffiti Window Film acts as a sacrificial layer that absorbs paint, acid, or etching damage. Damaged film is quickly replaced at a fraction of glass replacement costs. It preserves window integrity while deterring vandals and maintaining a professional appearance for businesses in high-risk areas.

Decorative Window Film

Decorative Window Film adds privacy and style with frosted, gradient, or patterned designs. It mimics etched or sandblasted glass at lower costs and allows easy reconfiguration of spaces. Suitable for office partitions, bathroom windows, and retail displays requiring aesthetic flexibility without compromising natural light.

Safety & Security Window Film

Safety & Security Window Film holds shattered glass together during earthquakes, storms, or break-ins, preventing injuries from flying shards. It meets safety glazing codes and delays forced entry by up to two minutes. Commercial and residential properties gain enhanced protection without altering existing window aesthetics.

I took legal action against this business for alleged fraud, poor product quality and poor service. The judge said my claim was valid and found in my favor. Even so, this company and its owner Mr Mott have not paid the court demanded judgment $ (not kidding) and I need to have the court intervene to get them to pay. Needless to say I can not recommend this business. Please fill your needs elsewhere.

Good luck getting them to call you back. Had the same issue when they installed my window film 6 years ago. Try Climate Pro in Santa Rosa instead.

We have a west facing wall of windows that gets a lot of sun in the summer which really heats up the house. We had Sunmaster install thermal window film on these windows. What a difference! While we still have to close shades during the hottest spells, the film makes a huge difference in comfort. Sunmaster was very responsive both before and after installation. We had a small defect in a corner of one window, and Sunmaster came right out and took care of it. I highly recommend this company for quality and courteous service.
