So I called this company and explained that my double pain window on my sunroom had shattered on the outside not inside. They asked me to send photos which I did. With that they sent someone to take measurements. After doing so they ordered the glass. It took about two weeks. The installer comes today and I say to him I took out the shattered glass there is only a little around the frame. I even taped it so he didn't get cut and so that it wouldn't fall in the pool.
He takes pictures then calls his office to say he's not doing the job. So I call the office and they start with all the lies. I'm like wait I sent you pictures before hand and you said okay. With that said I said I want my window that I paid for, she then tells another lie saying we need three people. The window weighs about 10lbs. Finally I said just get the window off the truck and move on. So that's what he did voluntarily. Do your self a favor stay away from this company, they use the line of saying they are in business for 25 years. But yet they have no qualified workers.

They were able to make a new Windshield for my vintage motorhome. I called many places with no help but Temecula Glass and Mirror did a great job.

I had a great experience at Temecula Glass and Mirror. After being told, by another company in the Valley, that it was impossible to have a frameless shower installed on fiberglass, Chappy (the installation person) was able to configure a design. The end product is better than I could have imagined. With supply chain issues, I had to remind myself to be patient with their timeline. Patience paid off, because the quality of the workmanship and the work ethic of the installer met, and went beyond, my expectations.

I couldn't be more pleased than I am with my new shower. I was told by another company that I couldn't get a frameless shower on fiberglass However, Chappy created a solution that is better than I could have anticipated. This company is professional and friendly; and, Chappy's workmanship and work ethic is stellar. In addition, Melissa, the owner prides herself in making sure a customer is satisfied. This customer is beyond satisfied.
