Honest people, great advice. I called in with what I thought required a service call, but in reality it was a quick fix that was clearly explained over the phone. This company turned down the easy money, but in return gained my good word, AND a customer for life. Sometimes the best way to GET business, is to turn it AWAY. Thank you Door Pros!

Jim has installed new garage doors, gate. Every now and then the gate needs attention. He makes himself available no matter what time I text to help troubleshoot the issue until it's resolved. It's rare to have this level of service, I would highly recommend using Door Pros for your Gate or garage Door installation. They got your back well after the sale.

We had to replace our garage door and motor and called Door Pros. Abraham came out and provided the estimate. He was very informative, answered all my questions, patient, and very easy to talk to. His good customer service alone made me feel like I didn't have to go anywhere else. We went ahead and purchased our garage door through Door Pros and was lucky enough to have Abraham as the installer. Again, he was on time, even a little early.
He was super helpful and was kind to my four year old always asking curious questions to what he was doing. And he answered all our questions at the very end. I would highly recommend Door Pros and Abraham. Thanks so much for this service!

Our experience with Door Pros Garage Doors of Marin County has been excellent. First, when we thought all we needed was garage door repairs Tyler came by and couldn't have been more helpful. Then when we finally realized we needed a new garage door the sales manager, Greg Napolitano, patiently and efficiently helped us select a door from the many different types of doors available. Then when the supply chain issues caused a delay, the office staff provided the necessary updates without us having to call. Lastly, Bayron, who did the installation, was an absolute gem.
He was a pleasure to deal with providing us with periodic updates and answering our annoying questions with a smile. I don't yelp much at all but Door Pros of Marin certainly deserved a most positive review.

We had an emergency and Door Pros response was unbelievable! Someone drove through our beautiful new garage door and destroyed it. I called Door Pros and Ryan, Dillon and Tony came out within a couple of hours to remove the broken fragments allowing us to free our cars. Their quick response and can-do attitude was a huge relief. I can't say enough good things about these guys and this company.

It was easy to set up the appointment, with an immediate call back after I left a message. Skyler and Bobby installed our new Canyon Ridge Limited door today and it looks great! Skyler and Bobby were really nice guys and their work was clean and professional. They made sure all the gaps were filled around the door since we have an older house that has settled unevenly. They also adjusted the door to make sure our EV cable wasn't getting crushed. Skyler showed me how all the electronics worked and how to maintain the door before he left.
I see a lot of the negative reviews here have to do with lead times, and we did have a bit of a long wait for our door (several months), but this is all on the manufacturing and supplier end and nothing do do with Door Pros. so be nice to your technicians when they finally show up with your new door!
