Advantage Windows & Doors

My replacement windows were installed several years ago and at the time I was told they had a lifetime warranty. I have a problem with one of them and when I called in to report the issue and request service they informed me that the "service call" would be $175. So buyer be ware, service is not covered under the lifetime warranty. I think $175 is very STEEP for a service call. Material only covered under the warranty.

I had windows replaced on my rental property about 2 years ago and they did a great job. I haven't had any complaints yet. They were prompt and finished in a timely manner.

I have dealt with these people for 10 months trying to get a window replaced, finally I receive what I expected to be a new window and it was 2 pieces of glass and when I called to ask what I'm suppose to do with 2 pieces of glass I was told either pay their technician to install it or look it up on Ytube. They are ridiculous and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Installed new windows and doors and storm doors. All look good the only reason not giving a 5 was the storm doors didnt match the windows but was close.

Dealing with Advantage Windows in Chattanooga, TN for the last two years has been one of the worst experiences of my life. It was worth every penny paid to my attorney to have it resolved to my satisfaction. I do not recommend this company.
