Once I had an appointment, the service I received from Peter (designer) was great. He is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humor, and patience (my decision-making can be slow). His window measuring produced perfectly sized window treatments. The horizontal blinds were easy to order, and I appreciated the many fabric options for the drapes we wanted. During installation, the crew was professional, courteous, and did a great job hanging the blinds and curtains. Love how it all looks and functions. Thanks guys!

Very impressed with Window-ology. A pricy 12 yerr old Duette blind started to delaminate. It is warranted for life, but we bought them from Costco who is no longer a Hunter-Douglas dealer. They sent us to Window-ology. Michelle informed us that our color was no longer available and that the blinds would have to be re-manufactured in a different color. This blind was part of a set of 4 that were all within 6 inches of one another. Michelle worked hard to convince Hunter-Douglas to agree to replace all 4 set of blinds! I highly recommend both Hunter-Douglas and Window-ology!

Window-ology came out to my Grandma's house yesterday afternoon and were so polite and quick! Timelines between ordering the materials and install were dead on. My Grandma loves her new automated patio door shade and it's keeping the livingroom much cooler. They even took down her old torn up awning! Very professional! Thank you so much!

I LOVE Window-ology! They were amazing throughout the entire process. Our entire house has been under construction for the last year and they were our favorite vendor to work with! They were detailed, on time, friendly and treated our home with respect! We would use them again or refer them to friends!
