Oh my gosh. Did you ever get the feeling that you're getting ripped off? I called these guys to do an estimate. they did it. it was the best price I could find. But when the gutter installers came, it was another company! So basically An Exterior was the middle man. I'm not sure how much they paid the other company to come to install gutters, but all An did (I'm pretty sure) was call another company and they probably made at least a few hundred bucks off of me. I wish I called the other company first.

An Exterior was an answer to my prayer. We were looking for a company to install new siding and gutters. Matt Tim was the representative I work with. He was patient ( it took me 4 months to decide on the siding type and color) responsive, informative, and kind. He provided us with the best crew! I have no complaints! I recommend An exterior! They are trustworthy and affordable! I look forward to working with them in the future!

Critical: Responsiveness Called for an appointment and got answering service. I did receive a call back and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on gutter replacement. The technician was a no show and when I called the company they had no record of the appointment being made. Wasted a day sitting around, waiting for them. Service: Gutter installation

Excellent work on replacing my roof. Matt Kim worked to quickly provide a reasonable estimate and was always available when we called. Everyone was very punctual and most importantly An Exterior delivered a new roof on the exact day we agreed upon. Due to COVID-19, Matt and his crew kept their distance and did an EXCELLENT job on cleaning up all the debris. I highly recommend An Exterior and look forward to using them again in the future for other projects.
