I used mesa before (about 20 yrs ago) and figure I would use them again but very disappointed. The sales guy came and talked a big game (saying how great their service was and how big they are). He told me that I could use my current opener/ motor and gave me a lower price. When they went to install it, the installer couldn't install the motor because my trolley was bad. Instead of calling me to see if I want to replace it, he just left.
So now I have to install it myself. They also charged me (3%) for using my credit card, which He didn't disclose. At the end, I have a new garage door that isn't connected and had to pay more because of hidden fees.

Guess I should have read the reviews before entrusting this company with my installation. All these reviews are very accurate. They are great when you Initially make contact. Responsive and Informative. However as soon as they have your money it's all down hill from there. I have had issues from the moment I got an install date. They ordered the wrong door and never cared for one second that they are delaying my entire project.
I was delayed by three months to get my certificate of occupancy. After the door was installed it never worked properly. Not even from day one. They have been out pursuant to their so-called warranty at least 15 times. I finally was able to get to a manager named Marcus who assured me that they are going to order the parts and get me a working garage. That was a month ago. But I'm not letting them get away with this. I've hired an attorney and I plan on getting my money back.

Mesa has extremely poor customer service. I called to get a range of prices-a ballpark price bottom to high-end range before making an appointment for an estimate. We thought of doing this because there are a lot of garage door rip off companies out there. I spoke with Samantha. She was the rudest, nastiest and poorly trained receptionist anyone should ever have to encounter as a first time customer! Clearly, whoever hired her has poor judgment. Mesa doesn't care about the first time customer experience or it would not have Samantha answering its phone. She's not a trained customer facing professional.
Our call was unwelcomed by her. We were treated horribly by a poorly trained receptionist. She gave us nasty tone in her voice. No one needs this kind of nasty when trying to do new business. Mesa has inexcusably bad customer service. Don't bother doing business with Mesa Garage Door, clearly the company's first impression to first time customers is using a rude and nasty child receptionist to take its calls. Hiring Samantha to answer Mesa's calls is a big mistake!

This company has the worst customer service. I have been trying to talk to someone in management for a week now. I have called over 15 times with no call back on the poor job they did. Worse company ever.
