Garage door wouldn't open after power outage. Sergy responded within minutes, and was here shortly thereafter. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly, then expressed concern about the safety of the door due to the tension spring being too loose. He offered to adjust the spring at no extra charge. He also notice the drive belt was loose, and adjusted that as well.

Our garage spring broke and I used Yelp to get quotes from multiple companies and Sergey had one of the best quotes, was very responsive, and had good reviews so I went with him. He came within hours and was able to get the springs replaced very quickly (less than 1 hour). He lubricated all the rollers, springs, and rails so it was smooth and quiet. He even fixed the light bulb socket that had burned out so now I have light again.

One word of advice is when you have one broken spring, make sure you ask to quote replacing both of them, since it is wise to replace the other spring while everything is apart. Overall Sergey did a great job and was great to interact with and I highly recommend him.

Noticed one of my garage door springs had broken. A Better Door Company came and replaced the broken spring the same day at a reasonable price. I will use them again.
