Last month I asked this company along with several others for quotes on replacing my garage door. This company decided to ghost me. After the estimator came out and took pictures of my garage he never called or contacted me again in any way. I even tried to fix their mistake and called them to find out what happened to my quote and the pictures the guy took. The only response I ever received was, "We will have someone call you." Dear Reader, this was three weeks ago.
I still haven't received any call back. And if their only response to this is to ask me to call and try to fix their mistakes a second time, I ask you, does that sound like a company you want to hire?

Had a door installed on my new construction garage but during install a trim piece broke. I had extra from the garage kit so they used it and said I would be reimbursed the cost of it. Talked to 3 different people now and nothing. Seems as if they got their remaining payment and are done. Key pad was also installed crooked.

Worst customer service ever! If you've paid, you no longer matter. Requested service for a broken door and could not get scheduled until 6 days out. Service was terrible when I purchased these doors 25 years ago. Am doing business with Hicklin from now on.

Brad was great to work with and their guys did an excellent job with the installation. Our doors had to be replaced due to a hail storm, they showed up and did everything they said they would, when they said they would. Great job guys! Thank you.
