We loved the job that NW Siding and Windows did on installing new windows and siding on our home. They were excellent at communicating with the homeowners and completed the job without any issues. They were very professional and we felt they were fairly priced compared to other companies. They did a terrific job and we would highly recommend them to others.

Jack was my project manager. He was very professional and gave us a conservative bid compared to others who "grew" the scope of our project. Jack was honest about what siding needed to be replaced and what siding could be repaired. His bid was reasonable. The job was done professionally, on budget, and communications along the way were many and timely. The project included siding replacement, siding repair, some window and door replacement, installation of 14 new exterior light fixtures and painting the exterior of our entire house. We are ecstatic about the quality of the finished job, the professionalism of all the workers and the price we paid.

Unprofessional. I called and provided detailed info on our townhome and siding issues. Set appointment. Before appointment, Ken called to "ask questions". Spent 20 minutes beating around the bush (ie. gee we have had lots of rain this year.). Basically the project didn't meet their requirements but instead of being honest and direct gave a long song and dance instead of saying call someone else. Not trustworthy.
