Years ago I worked for 3 different window companies so I have a little experience working with glass. I had a broken IG unit is one of my windows and I took it to a local window joint in Portland and the quickest replacement would be 3 weeks out. They threw out the Anderson Glass recommendation and I'm glad they did. I walked in around noon with a broken unit in a single hung and it was fixed three hours later.

She did mention that there was a guy in the shop and the glass was not tempered, tinted or have grids so that made the fix on the quicker side. The price was fair, the service was awesome and the staff was wonderful. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

I had the hardest time getting just a quote from several local glass companies. Not sure how I missed Anderson Glass but SOOOOO glad that we found them. Once I called, they scheduled quote for that week, were out there on time, gave me a quote that day and then did the installation two weeks later. We couldn't be happier. Fair price and great job.

Customer service is very poor. In the beginning the service department would not call back about a shower enclosure problem that I paid $1604 originally. They finally emailed me saying that the did their invoice wrong. NO CALL BACK. I've left a message for Mark Hutchinson the Manager and they said he won't call me back for days because his real busy.

I had a glass table top made for a new wood coffee table. They got my measurements wrong the first time and I returned it for them to fix. It took them a little over a week to finally get it back to me, which sorta dissapointed me. I got referred by someone for this place so i know its probably not always like this. End result looks very nice though, measurements are perfect.
