Critical: Responsiveness Good luck getting a response, we tried three times to get a bid. "Someone will call you to schedule a visit", they said. Not once did anyone respond, not even a courtesy call to say they're not taking on new clients. If that's how they treat prospective clients, imagine how reliable they are to finish a job.

I recently got off the phone with a guy at All-Weather. Dave was scheduled to be at my house today at noon to give me an estimate on new replacement windows; he never showed nor called! My schedule is hectic and my days off are infrequent so this was very disappointing. When I called the office around 12:25, the man said, "Dave is held up at another job and just forgot; people forget sometimes." Really?
That's the best response you've got? Pure nonsense, and very poor form. I'm an eye doctor and if I showed a patient this level of (non) professionalism and disengenuous attitude, I would be fined, and likely find my license suspended. Red flag, folks; I know it's the holidays and people are busy, but if they don't have the common courtesy to call, they don't deserve a second chance; I simply would not recommend them.

Dave, the owner, is the most trust-worthy contractor we have ever met. He has consistently recommended good solutions for our house even when it would not benefit his company financially. There is a reason this company has been in business, with a store front, since the 1970s. We can always count on Dave and All Weather for good advice, sure follow-through, and excellent results.
