One of the glass panels in the door I bought from these guyus shattered spontaneously about 5 years out--just after the warranty expired. I contacted them for a replacement and they quoted me $725.00! I asked about buying just the glass and doing it myself and they said that would cost $599.00 plus tax, with no warranty and no guarantee that it would match the other panels. Instead, I bought a matching piece from an online store for $150.

Called to have them install new door openers, tracks, hardware, etc. Paul there basically told me he was too busy. I called another company and had a completely different experience. Shop around, save yourself a headache and don't use these guys- Update, Surprising I received a call back a few hours after this post. I guess they do care, Maybe the guy was just having a bad day. Their manager called me and responded the way a 1st class company handles problems. Speaks loudly about their culture that the management is listening.

Over many years we have had our garage door serviced and repaired by National Door. Everyone we have interacted with has been courteous and helpful. In particular, Jeff has been very good to work with. He has installed a new opener and replaced our worn out cables and broken springs.
