Bought a new front door from Caswell, a ProVia door. The door is fabulous. The installers were professionals and did their job very well. The door opens and closes like butter. The deadbolt lines up without effort. Caswell has top notch installers. They work directly for Caswell, they are not a 3rd party installation crew. I would recommend this place if you are looking for doors or Pella / Weathershield windows.

I used Caswell for a new front door & will be returning when I need windows replaced in the future! Roy came out, was super straight to the point about the process, helped me build out a door that would compliment my house & we got to it! The team who installed it were so great! Super quick and friendly, I'm so happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend!

We used them for replacing our front entry door. They are extremly professional and made the entire experience memorable. The team finished the job in 2 hours from end to end with no left over tasks. There was always communication to keep us posted. I truly enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend them anyday. Not to mention, they have one of the best pricing for Provia door. No salesman pitches and you get what you are told!

Caswell did a complete window replacement on my 40 year old two story colonial. The house looks modern and new now. Everything about the process went smoothly, from Roy's first walk through, Sue's follow through at the office, to the actual tear out and replacement. The daily cleanup was a pleasure to behold and the guys were total pros. I am thrilled with my new windows and highly recommend Caswell!
